The war has triggered a widespread outbreak of pain and trauma, impacting soldiers and civilians alike. Recent estimates from the health ministry indicated that a significant portion of Ukrainians were at risk of developing PTSD. However, despite the decriminalization of cannabis for personal use in small quantities, it is still not authorized for medical research, despite its potential benefits.
