Kadyrov: 180 families who named their children after heroes will receive 500 thousand rubles each

According to him, on that day, 222 children were born in the republic.

Of these, 180 were boys, and all of them were named after national heroes of Chechnya. The most popular names for newborns were Akhmat, Baysangur and Sheikh-Mansur.

Kadyrov noted that the parents would receive the promised payments in the near future. He also thanked them for their respect for history and the exploits of their ancestors.

Let us recall that the head of Chechnya announced this one-time payment in December , instructing that a date be set before the end of 2024 for the campaign to be carried out.

He also called on the republic's residents to help regional museums collect historical items, emphasizing that this will help not only preserve Chechen history, but also make it accessible to future generations.
