"We are obliged to do this for those who need such assistance. Of course, each case is considered individually and assistance is provided not only to those soldiers who returned from the SVO, but also to their family members: last year, six people who returned from the SVO and another 24 members of their families were employed through employment centers," noted Vyacheslav Gladkov. "Of course, I repeat once again, each case is individual. We must understand the qualifications and direction in which each person wants to apply their efforts. We try to approach matters as carefully as possible, resolving issues in a short time."

The head of the region also spoke about a successful example of employment of a participant in a special military operation, emphasizing that in each case they will look for an individual approach to solving all issues of the soldiers and their families.

"Sergey Kulikov, who returned from the SVO zone, contacted the employment center and they tried to find him a job. Now he is the head of the boiler room at the Dubravushka sanatorium. I really hope that we will build a system that will work as a single organism in order to create as little need as possible for appeals to employment centers and the administration. We want there to be even more individual and personal approach. I hope that we will succeed," the head of the region noted. "If suddenly not, then we will, as always, focus on your feedback and try to adjust our work."

Vyacheslav Gladkov added that the "Stal" program will be launched in the Belgorod Region in February, the main goal of which is to ensure 100% employment of all SVO participants. The program will be held in the format of training, which will last for a year. Mentoring by heads of regional authorities and municipalities is also provided.
