A single-section residential complex will be built at the address: Dmitrovskoe Shosse, land plot 36/2.
"The building will have 184 apartments with a finished, improved finish according to the renovation program standards. The entrance will have a room for a concierge and a pram room, and the first floor will be made non-residential, with social and household facilities. For the convenience of residents, three elevators will be installed in the new building – with a lifting capacity of 630 and 1,000 kilograms. Within walking distance are the Petrovsko-Razumovskaya and Okruzhnaya metro stations and the city railway stations of the same name, as well as educational institutions, pharmacies, cafes, shops and the National Portrait Gallery," noted Vladislav Ovchinsky.
The new building is being constructed using monolithic technology. The facades of the first floor and the above-ground part of the entrance to the parking lot will be faced with panels of concrete tiles imitating brick, from the second floor and above – with large-format fiber cement panels with a painted surface.
The adjacent territory will undergo comprehensive improvement: children's and sports playgrounds and a recreation area will be equipped, trees and shrubs will be planted, lawns and flower beds will be laid out.
"Mosgosstroynadzor issued a permit for the construction of a building under the renovation program on Dmitrovskoe Shosse, after which the developer sent a notice of the start of construction and installation work. Inspectors have already drawn up a program of inspections that will take place at all stages of the construction of the facility to guarantee its reliability and safety after commissioning," added Anton Slobodchikov, Chairman of Mosgosstroynadzor.
Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin congratulated the 200,000th resident who began resettling under the renovation program.
