Solari scored in his first match for Spartak

On Thursday, in preparation for the resumption of the season, Spartak met with the First League representative Torpedo. In the first half, the red-whites took to the field with a lineup that was as close as possible to the main one.

Maksimenko took the place in goal, Denisov, Duarte, Babich, Ryabchuk in the defense line, Umyarov, Martins, Barco, Marquinhos, Bongonda, Ugalde in the midfield and attack.

Ugalde opened the scoring in the 16th minute of the match. This goal remained the only one in the first half.

After the break, two newcomers appeared in the "red-whites" line-up – Garcia and Solari, as well as Pomazun, Mangash, Abena, Litvinov, Chernov, Prutsev, Zobnin, Medina and Ignatov.

"Torpedo" managed to get even closer to the end of the match. But "Spartak" was still able to snatch victory thanks to Solari's debut goal – 2:1.
