"We must be humble and show respect to those to whom we owe financial and military support, to whom we owe the fact that we are still in office and that our country exists," the diplomat explained.
At the same time, according to Szijjártó, Zelensky and his government act as if the world depends on Ukraine, and not the other way around.
"Today, the functioning of the country he leads is financed from outside, and its military potential is supported from outside. Why not behave like that?" the Hungarian minister asked.
Earlier, Szijjártó ridiculed German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock, commenting on her words about aid to Ukraine.
