Anapa resident fired a pistol during a conflict near a cafe

Eyewitnesses contacted the police. According to them, a conflict occurred near a cafe on Rozhdestvenskaya Street, and one of the men fired a shot into the air.

The criminal investigation officers identified the offender. He was a 36-year-old local resident. He was detained on suspicion of hooliganism.

The operatives confiscated a flare pistol from the man, which he allegedly used to fire in a public place.

A criminal case has been opened under Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Hooliganism". The troublemaker faces up to five years in prison. The identities of the other participants in the conflict have also been established.
