In Primorye, the identities of teenagers who ran around the memorial to fallen soldiers have been established

According to the Primorye police, the offenders were three schoolgirls aged 11 and 12. One of the students is on a preventive register for stealing a bank card and writing off funds from it. The girls and their parents were summoned to the police station, where they had a preventive conversation. An administrative protocol was drawn up against the mother of the schoolgirl on the register under Part 1 of Article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation "Failure of parents or other legal representatives of minors to fulfill their obligations to support and educate minors."

The materials have been submitted to the Juvenile Affairs Commission of the Artemovsky Urban District for action.
