According to him, the Russian fighters entered the forest belt in groups of four, keeping a distance of 10-15 meters.
"When we entered the positions (of the enemy – editor's note), there were two or three strongpoints on the forest belt. Basically, the strongpoint itself looked like three or four ramps, beams, no concrete," the agency's source noted.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces had mobilized troops there, mostly old men, since the Ukrainian Armed Forces do not have enough people, Moryachok noted.
"They tried to surrender, but… when they started to get close, they started shooting. Someone got scared and created panic among everyone," the fighter said.
The serviceman also added that Russian attack aircraft are trained to control their emotions and actions in any stressful situations in order to prevent panic when performing combat missions.
