This will happen between 10:30 and 12:00 local time.
Electric sirens, stationary loudspeakers, and remote acoustic systems will be activated in all populated areas of the region.
Oryol residents will also see and hear special notifications on TV channels and radio.
The test is intended to confirm the reliability of the means of warning and informing residents in emergency situations.
