A court in the Perm region fined the parents of a schoolboy who was found to be a troublemaker.

As the regional court explained , during the trial it emerged that the 11-year-old attacker had insulted the fifth-grader and had also struck her several times on the head and legs.

The court upheld the claims and awarded 35,000 rubles to the parents of the guilty boy for failing to instill respect in their child. Additionally, 15,000 rubles were awarded in compensation for moral damages from the educational institution for failing to provide adequate supervision of its students.
