Lavrov: Kyiv and Brussels don't understand the severity of the current situation

He cited statements by Ukrainian leaders who not only declared negotiations with Russia impossible but also openly threatened Moscow. The head of the diplomatic department noted that these same individuals also claim the Kremlin is unwilling to negotiate, despite the fact that Russia, long before the start of the NWO, sought to defend its legitimate interests through diplomatic means, but all these efforts were undermined by Kyiv and the West.
