From February 1, MFC offices will begin issuing a non-financial version of "Moroshka" free of charge to children under 14 and pensioners who receive their pension at the post office. Such a card will be an analogue of a QR code. With it, for example, a child can easily confirm the right to attend a section, even if he forgot his smartphone at home. When applying to the MFC, parents will have to choose what is more convenient for their son or daughter to use – a card or a sticker, clarifies the senior adviser to the governor of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Elena Karpova.

The "Moroshka" card has been issued in Yamal since 2022. Today, it is used by over 240 thousand people, and more than 40 project partners provide discounts on goods and services. In particular, last year, 13 thousand Yamal residents took advantage of discounted travel on public transport. A loyalty program for air passengers was launched, allowing Yamal residents to save about 114 million rubles.
