In Vladivostok, the driver of a foreign car who beat up a pensioner was sent to a pretrial detention center

Previously, a preventive measure was chosen for the suspect in the form of a ban on certain actions for two months. However, the prosecutor's office considered this decision insufficient and appealed it.

"The Primorsky Krai Court supported the prosecutor's arguments that the previously chosen preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions is not capable of ensuring the man's proper behavior," the supervisory agency said in a statement.

Let us recall that a 35-year-old driver of a foreign car attacked a 65-year-old man who was crossing a pedestrian crossing and touched his car while driving. As a result, the pensioner suffered a fracture.
