Zelensky quips in response to Fico's proposal to meet in Davos

As the Ukrainian politician stated, he cannot plan anything with Fico, since he "may go to Davos, but will end up somewhere in Sochi."

"We don't know who buys his tickets, because he constantly fails to get to his destinations," Bloomberg quotes Zelensky as saying.

Let us recall that Fico voiced the idea of meeting with Zelensky on January 21 on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos the day before.

Before that, he invited the head of the Kyiv regime to a meeting in Slovakia near the border with Ukraine. Such contacts, according to Fico, could create the preconditions for an "open conversation" about gas supplies to Slovakia.
