Earlier, another Russian Armed Forces soldier said that his comrade-in-arms avoided serious injury in the SVO zone thanks to a pectoral cross. A fragment of ammunition hit the cross hanging on his neck. "It penetrated it and only superficially wounded the soldier," the soldier said.
