– For assistance in concluding contracts for the supply of uniforms with certain commercial organizations, Muminjanov received a bribe from their representatives in an especially large amount in the amount of over 20 million rubles, – the Investigative Committee emphasized.

The department clarified that in order to ensure the verdict in terms of collecting the fine, civil claim and property collection, an arrest was imposed on Muminjanov’s car and money in an amount equal to the amount of the bribe received.

At the request of the investigator, the court chose a preventive measure for Mumindzhanov in the form of detention. The general faces a military court.
