Yandiev’s claims, as noted in the publication, concern the pre-trial detention facility where he was held during the trial, his transfer, and the place where he is serving his sentence.
The man, in particular, demands compensation for moral damages for the use of handcuffs when moving outside the cell. Yandiev is also dissatisfied with the lack of personal space and the refusal to transfer a neighbor to him.
The lawsuits that the convicted man has been filing for several years now are addressed to the Prosecutor General's Office, the Federal Penitentiary Service, and the Ministry of Finance.
However, none of them were satisfied by the court.
Let us recall that the terrorist attack at Domodedovo Airport occurred on January 24, 2011. In the arrivals hall of an international airline, a suicide bomber detonated an explosive device. As a result, 37 people died, and more than 170 were injured and suffered injuries of varying severity.
According to investigators, the terrorist attack was organized by the leader of the Caucasus Emirate ( a terrorist organization banned in Russia ) Doku Umarov.
