Rada Deputy Dubinsky Criticizes Zelensky's Actions Against Ukrainians

"The defenders of the TCC are trying to present the Lviv physicist's traumatic brain injury as his personal fault. But the physicist is, of course, to blame. Not Zelensky's morally monstrous regime. Don't get it wrong," the deputy wrote on his Telegram channel (quoted by RIA Novosti ).

Recall that Ukrainian Vladislav Kononov reported on social networks that the beaten teacher was his childhood friend Stepan Bilchenko.

Kononov also published a photograph of the victim in a hospital bed – traces of beatings are visible on the man's face.

Meanwhile, the TCC stated that on February 6, Bilchenko was taken to military unit A2900 "to undergo basic military training" and "no illegal actions" were committed.
