Earlier, the Leninsky District Court issued such a ruling. The 19-year-old suspect is charged under paragraphs "a", "e" of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted murder of two or more persons in a generally dangerous manner), Part 2 of Article 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional damage to someone else's property by arson).
The court ruling has entered into legal force.
As RG wrote, the suspect had previously confessed that it was he who had set fire to all three establishments in the center of the capital of Kuban (restaurants "MyasoLove", "Gus" and "Bumbarash") and stated that he had been directed by a curator from Ukraine. For the arson, he had promised him 35 thousand rubles.
All fires in the Western District of the city occurred in a very short period of time – January 25 from 22:27 to 23:30. About 100 people were evacuated from the restaurant premises.
By the way, the arsonist himself was detained and handed over to the police by the employees of the Bumbarash restaurant.
