The man pointed out that the protesters were fined for allegedly installing flags incorrectly.

"During other people's demonstrations, they turn a blind eye to this," he said.

Ivan Syrsky also spoke about his desire to obtain Russian citizenship, calling Ukrainian citizenship a “stigma.”

As the man explained, he also has Australian citizenship, but it is legally impossible to renounce Ukrainian citizenship.
