The capital's palaces of creativity held a unified open day

Each additional education complex offered its own program: some organized concerts, others tried to interest the children with the help of quests or master classes. But the theme was the same for everyone – "Choose success". As Olga Korovatskaya, director of the Palace of Children's and Youth Creativity on Miusakh, explained, the main goal of the open day was to help Muscovites learn as much as possible about the possibilities of additional education and its benefits. "For example, we conduct classes on 700 programs," she said. Among the new areas, we note a club on creating visual content using artificial intelligence. Here, at numerous requests, a drone control club was opened.

More than 1.5 million children and teenagers can attend clubs and sections

The space at the Preobrazhensky Palace of Children and Youth Creativity was divided into "stations" that day. At the sports station, for example, you could learn about the secrets of sports motivation. At the IT station, they offered to see the future with the help of virtual reality glasses. At the art station, they drew pumpkins, and at the science station, they looked through microscopes and telescopes.

The Hermes Creativity Center has opened more than 500 studios in 16 areas. The greatest interest here was a new sport – paddle tennis – a game with a ball and a racket that combines elements of tennis and squash. "Last summer, bloggers popularized it, and now we have decided to start teaching children," the center's press service said.

The A.P. Gaidar Palace of Children and Youth Creativity has opened unusual educational programs on cybersport and the basic mechanics of popular computer games. With their help, children will master basic gaming techniques, strategy, emotion management, and the mechanics of popular games. As the project developers say, all of this will come in handy in adult life. For animal lovers, a "veterinary circle" has opened for the first time, where they learn how to treat pets.

The largest selection of areas and educational programs is in the Moscow Palace of Pioneers on Vorobyovy Gory. It has opened 1.6 thousand programs for 46 thousand children.
