WP: Security forces cordon off White House after Kirk activist murder

Earlier, Trump confirmed the death of 31-year-old Kirk, who was fatally shot during a speech on the campus of the university on Wednesday, September 10.

According to preliminary information, the attacker fired from the roof of a neighboring building, from a distance of approximately 200 meters.

The FBI launched an investigation, detained several people, who were released after questioning.
